Local Visibility & SEO
Why Isn't My Business Showing Up on Google Maps?
This is what people usually call local SEO and Google Business Profile management, and it’s almost always fixable. Here’s what’s probably going on, and what the fix actually involves.
Diagnosis
What's Probably Wrong
Before talking strategy, it’s worth checking the basics. Most businesses that aren’t showing up have one or more of these problems:
- Your Google Business Profile was never claimed, or nobody's logged in for years.
- Your hours, address or phone number are wrong, missing, or don't match what's on your website.
- There are no recent photos, so the listing looks abandoned.
- Reviews are sitting there unanswered, sometimes for months.
- Your business category in Google is set wrong, so you don't show up for the searches that actually matter.
- You're missing citations, the other places around the internet (directories, review sites) that all need to agree on your business name, address and phone number. When they don't match, Google trusts your listing less.
The Work
What the Work Actually Involves
We make sure your Google Business Profile is verified, accurate, and actually describes what your business does, not a generic category Google guessed.
A listing that’s touched once and left alone starts slipping again within months. We keep hours, photos and posts current so it stays accurate, not just fixed once.
We find and fix the directory listings where your business details are missing or wrong, so Google has consistent information to trust.
Unanswered reviews look neglected to both customers and Google. We write and manage responses so every review gets a reply.
A plain-language monthly update on what changed and why, pulled from your real Google Business Profile and Search Console data, not a polished slide deck.
A well-built site also makes this work more effective. See how our website builds support it instead of fighting it.
Pricing
The Check vs. The Ongoing Work
There are two ways to work with us here. The Google Business Profile & Local Visibility Check (a one-time audit) is like a doctor’s check-up: one visit, a clear list of exactly what’s wrong. It costs IDR 1.5-2.5M, depending on how much needs reviewing.
The Local Visibility Retainer (the ongoing monthly work) is the care that actually fixes and maintains it: roughly 8-12 hours a month of real work, for IDR 3-5M a month. It’s month-to-month, no contract locks you in.
- Google Business Profile check, verification and correction
- Citation audit and fixes
- Review response management
- Plain-language monthly reporting
For Food & Beverage
For Cafés and Restaurants
If you run a food and beverage business, getting a proper GoFood or GrabFood listing set up (accurate menu, real photos, correct information) is available as a small one-time add-on alongside this work, for IDR 800K-1.5M per platform. We don’t manage commission-based ongoing delivery-app accounts, that’s a different, larger service someone else already runs at scale, and we’d rather say that honestly than pretend otherwise.
A Real Example
The Kind of Problem This Fixes
Reviews had been sitting unanswered for over a year, and the Google Business Profile was missing half its photos. Neither problem was complicated to fix, but both had been quietly costing them trust with every person who checked the listing before visiting.
Questions People Actually Ask
It's the free Google listing that shows your hours, photos, reviews and location when someone searches your business name or opens Google Maps. Most businesses have one automatically, whether they've claimed it or not.
Instagram and Google reach different people at different moments. Someone searching Google or Maps is usually looking for a business right now, nearby, which is a different kind of customer than someone scrolling Instagram. Most businesses need both, not one instead of the other.
We won't give you a fixed timeline, and you should be cautious of anyone who does. Some fixes, like completing your Google Business Profile, can show up within weeks. Others, like building citations, take longer to settle. The Check tells you honestly what's realistic for your specific situation.
You stop. The Retainer is month-to-month with no lock-in contract and no penalty for cancelling.
Tell us your business name and we’ll take a quick look before you commit to anything. No cost to ask.
