Social Media & Content Strategy

A Social Media Plan That Doesn't Fall Apart After Two Weeks

Most small business social media in Bali starts strong and quietly stops. We build the plan behind the posts (what people usually call content strategy), with a weekly planner and a monthly calendar, so your account keeps going after the first burst of enthusiasm runs out.

Your Social Media Strategy

What We Build for Your Business

Swipe through the plan every client receives: the strategy, a weekly planner and a monthly calendar. The examples use a fictional Bali café, not a real client.

01 / Objective

Start With a Clear Goal

Before any post is planned, we agree what social media should do for your business. Every post in the plan then has a job to do.

Be seen

Reach the people near you who are already looking for what you offer.

Build trust

Show real work, real guests and the real people behind the business.

Bring enquiries

Turn followers into messages, bookings and visits.

Sample goal for the café: more booking messages coming from Instagram, checked month by month.

02 / Target Audience

Know Who You're Talking To

Good content speaks to one clear person. We define who that is, what they care about, and what gets in their way.

Sample customer

Weekend brunch guest

Lives in or visits South Bali Ages 25 to 45 Checks photos first

What they care about

  • Food that looks and tastes fresh
  • A place with a good atmosphere
  • Knowing what to expect before they go

What gets in their way

  • Opening hours that are unclear or out of date
  • No recent photos of the place or the menu
  • Not sure what it costs or how to book

Where they look

  • Instagram and TikTok for ideas
  • Facebook and Google Maps to check details

03 / Platforms

Choose the Right Platforms

Each platform does a different job. We pick the ones where your customers actually spend time, and give each one a clear role.

Instagram

Your shop window

Photos, carousels and Stories that show what your place and products are really like.

TikTok

Discovery

Short videos that can reach people who don't follow you yet.

Facebook

Local community

Opening hours, events and updates for people in your area who check before they visit.

Our rule of thumb: two or three platforms done well beat five done thinly. Which ones depends on where your customers really are.

04 / Content

Four Types of Content, One Clear Voice

We mix four kinds of posts, so your feed never feels like one long advert. The share below is a starting point we adjust as we learn what works.

Behind the scenes

The people and the process behind what you sell.

About a quarter of posts

Menu and product

What you offer, shown at its best.

About 30% of posts

Guest proof

Reviews and real visitors, shared with permission.

About a fifth of posts

Tips and offers

Useful info, opening hours and promotions.

About a quarter of posts

Voice: warm, local and honest. Written like a person talking to a neighbor, not a brochure.

05 / Weekly Planner

A Week at a Glance

Every week you see exactly what goes live, on which platform, with the visual it needs. Three posts a week is a rhythm you can actually keep up.

06 / Monthly Calendar

The Whole Month, Planned

The full month on one page, so you always know what's coming and why. Each post shows its type and topic, with a color bar for the platform.

07 / Measuring Success

We Measure What Moves Your Business

Likes are nice, but they don't pay the rent. We track the numbers that show whether social media is actually helping you, and explain them in plain language.

Reach

How many people saw your posts.

Engagement

Likes, comments, saves and shares. Are people responding?

Local growth

New followers from the area you serve.

Enquiries

Messages, calls and bookings that came from social media.

Where the numbers come from: the built-in insights on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, plus Google Analytics where your website is set up for it. We agree the targets with you in the first month and review them together every month.

08 / What You Receive

Your Plan, Ready to Use

Everything above, built around your business and reviewed with you every month.

  • Your strategy covering goals, audience, platforms, content types and how success is measured
  • A weekly planner showing what goes live each day, with the visual it needs
  • A monthly content calendar so you can see the whole month ahead
  • Campaign and ad copy direction, ready for whenever you want paid promotion
  • A plain-language monthly review of what worked and what to change

What's Included

Everything Behind Your Posts

Good social media isn’t just posting more. It’s knowing what to post, when, and why. This is what you get.

Your Monthly Plan

A plan you can follow beats a burst of posts you can’t keep up with.

How It Works

Three Steps, No Lock-In

Tell Us About Your Business

Send a message about what you sell, who your customers are and what your social media looks like now. No cost to ask, no obligation.

We Build Your Strategy

You receive your strategy, the first weekly planner and a full monthly calendar, so you can see exactly what’s coming before anything goes live.

We Review Every Month

Each month we look at what worked, explain the numbers in plain language and adjust the plan. It’s month-to-month, so you can stop any time.

Worth Saying Plainly

What This Doesn't Cover

This service is planning and structure, not managing money you spend on ads. If you want someone running live ad spend on your behalf day to day, that’s a more specialized service, and the honest answer is Bukit doesn’t offer that yet. We’d rather say that now than let you assume it’s included.

Pricing, Short Version

The full breakdown, including how this compares to the Google Business Profile / Local Visibility Retainer, is on the Pricing page.

Questions People Actually Ask

Before You Message Us

Once we've agreed on a content calendar together, posting is normally part of the ongoing plan. The exact day-to-day workflow gets confirmed when we scope the work together, since it depends on your team's setup and what you'd rather keep in-house.

No. This service covers the planning and structure for future ad campaigns, not managing live ad spend on your behalf. If that ever changes, we'll say so plainly rather than quietly adding it to the invoice.

The plan shows exactly what to shoot and when. If you'd like help producing the photos and videos, we can arrange it. It's priced separately, depending on what you need.

Social media usually builds gradually, so expect steady progress over a few months rather than overnight results. We track it from the first month so you can see what's moving, and we won't promise a fixed timeline.
